Returns & Refunds Policy
At MOK COFFEE, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that due to the fresh nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on opened bags of roasted coffee beans.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return request.
- 2.Approval & Labeling
Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and the correct shipping address for our warehouse.
- 3.Pack & Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and ship them back to us using a tracked courier service.
- 4.Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
